ALÖE RETURNS

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We have taken every care to produce the highest quality product. If however you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund or exchange the garment within 14 days of delivery, provided that the product is still in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you intend to make a return on orders@aloeloungewear.com with the details including reference code. The returns form enclosed with your order must be completed in full and accompany the item(s) you wish to return. We recommend using a registered and trackable service and retain proof of purchase as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit. Your postage receipt and tracking number should be retained until the refund is processed. Goods must be returned to: Alöe Loungewear Ltd, 41 Gaskell Road, London N6 4DU. Unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Refunds and exchanges are made approximately one week after receipt of goods to allow for inspection. We will not make refunds to a third party. As soon as we receive your returned goods we will process your request. Replacement goods will be dispatched within seven working days. LINGERIE RETURNS
Please take care with unpacking and repacking. Please also ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie. We will not accept returns on lingerie that has been worn or is returned in a soiled condition. Only items which Alöe Loungewear Ltd. can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, outlined above and within the 14 days time limit. Alöe Loungewear Ltd. will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.

LEGAL STATEMENT
Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the reproduction of colours is as accurate as the photographic and production process will allow and that the descriptions are accurate. Slight variations may occur.
If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Alöe Loungewear Ltd. reserves the right to refuse a return or an exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used, washed or damaged. Only items which Alöe Loungewear Ltd can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for return or exchange, outlined above.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the orders has been processed you have the right to cancel the order up to the point of despatch.We recommend letting us know within 24 hours to ensure cancellation. Please contact us with your details of your order including the reference code. We will get back to you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation. Any payments made by you will be refunded within 30 days.
