“Springtime Love and Glamour” is the mood of Alöe’s spring/summer 2008 collection.

True to its roots, Alöe takes inspiration from the decadence and style of the 1920s and 1930s and adding a playful twist to this style, creates a fresh and contemporary look.

Styles include a beautifully elegant bias cut silk satin camisole with a silk georgette frilled neck trim, a sporty but absolutely feminine lace trimmed silk crepe ‘babydoll’ and a stunning silk satin wraparound evening robe/dress with layered, ribbon trimmed, petal silk chiffon sleeves.

All styles are made in luxuriously soft sandwashed silks and colours range from soft muted candy tones to a bright peacock green in the satin robe.

The collection is as versatile as ever with pieces designed to be worn as lingerie, eveningwear and loungewear as well as day or cruise wear. Camisoles can as easily be worn as a set with a pair of the matching knickers or worn over jeans for a stylish ready to wear look.

We are also excited to announce that Alöe was recently commissioned by ‘Topshop’ in London to design an exclusive Alöe diffusion lingerie line, which is due to be in the central London store and in the on-line store at the end of this July 2007.
