POSTAGE AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, subject to order information and credit card authorization. Any order placed over weekends will be dispatched on Monday (with the exception of bank holidays). For any special requirements, please contact us at: info@aloeloungewear.com

DELIVERY
All standard deliveries made within mainland UK will be sent via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will require a signature. Express orders will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, and are guaranteed to be received by 1pm the next day with a signature.

NON UK DELIVERY
International orders are generally delivered within 3-6 working days, however can be subject to customs delay. Garments are sent via Royal Mail 'Airsure' or 'International Signed For' services. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is included. All orders placed from outside the UK and Europe will have the VAT deducted.

STANDARD DELIVERY - Free (3-5 working days)
EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELIVERY - £6.95 (except Sundays)
*Express Next Day Delivery orders must be received before 3pm.
EUROPE STANDARD DELIVERY - £15 (3-5 working days)
INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY - £20 (5-10 working days

PAYMENT
When the order is placed at our website, all credit card details are handled by our payment processing partner; PAYPAL. You will be transferred to their secure site and credit card numbers will be encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any website.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Sadly, we cannot guarantee that we have all the items in stock permanently, although we do try our best. If any item is out of stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delvivery date and place the order on back order to forward to you separately, if desired.

WRAPPING
All orders are wrapped in coloured tissue paper and shipped in plain packaging.

OUR GUARANTEE
Our products are designed with great care and affection and we hope you will be pleased with them. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase from Alöe for any reason, you may exchange it or refund its cost in full within 14 working days of payment, with a completed return form, which is enclosed with your order. Please ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie. We will not accept returns on lingerie that have been worn or are returned in a soiled condition. All returned items must be in original and unused condition. We regret that we cannot refund postage costs. Sadly also, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage.
